You are responsible for keeping account details secure and for activity under your account. Accounts for children must be created and supervised by a parent, guardian or school.
AI Buddy is for learning. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
AI Buddy uses artificial intelligence to teach and give feedback. AI can occasionally be wrong, so lessons should be treated as study support, not a guarantee of accuracy or of any exam result. Teachers and parents remain responsible for a child's education.
Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans may include a free trial. You can cancel at any time, and billing terms are shown at checkout.
AI Buddy and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the service for personal or school learning, but not copy or resell it.
AI Buddy is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
